I'm Olivia, A Nutrition & Health Behavior Change Expert Coach

I spent most of my teens and twenties struggling with disordered eating habits (dieting, restricting, binging, laxatives, etc.), anxiety, negative body image, and a broken relationship with food and exercise (ie I worked out to make up for the food I would eat).

It was exhausting and frustrating gaining and losing the same 30+ lbs over and over. My obsession with my body and food took up so much mental space it was hard to thrive in other areas of my life. 

It wasn't until I started working with a coach that it all began to change. I became borderline obsessed with everything nutrition, behavior change, and mindset. After receiving my Master's from Harvard and multiple nutrition, fitness, and behavior change certifications I had a striking realization that: All the nutrition, weight loss, and self-help approaches out there in the personal development and diet industry are shockingly inconsistent with the actual research on change. This inconsistency became the fuel for my business LIVFITFUEL, where I am on a mission to teach compassion-first health behavior change techniques to dedicated self-improvers to become the best and healthiest version of themselves physically and mentally, and thrive in a body and life they love.
